The therapeutic process called Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a methodology in which your practitioner will access a series of techniques using specific language as a means to bring about changes on an unconscious level which may alter behavior for the client in the area of their desired beneficial outcome. The intention of this therapy is to help individuals release of let go of negative emotions from past events that may be affecting their future actions. TLT is based on NLP and hypnosis theories. It also follows a Gestalt process within Cognitive Behavioral therapy in recovering significant emotional events.
