Description

What is Toilet Anxiety?

Toilet anxiety for toddlers is very common and the more we push them to more we can compound the fear.

Learning new things can sometimes take time and a level of understanding of how to relax to get things moving.

Everyone can relate to fears but as a child those fears can have lasting physical effects should we not correct them as early as possible, A calm supportive environment is paramount for success.

Taking each step of practicing to use the potty, followed by positive reinforcement.

Taking children after a drink and or before naps times helps to associate the bladder to when is also an appropriate time to go.

This 20 min audio is about building confidence, allowing breath work and relaxation to take place in association with the toilet and getting done what needs to be done.

Suggested listening times are before bed and or whilst on the potty, this is a 20 min story about Rosey a red racing car and her best friend Buz, and how Rosey overcomes her fears towards the toilet because she has over come fears in other ways before. There is a gentle hypnotic audio with white noise playing in the back ground.
