We need to better understand the underlying processes and research behind mindfulness.

My new program “Mindfulness a step towards positivity” is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand mindfulness and experience the profound effects it can have on your life.

Schedule starting May Sunday the 7th at 10am, followed each week there after for 4 weeks each session is around 3.5 to 4 hours long.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Amanda has been conducting mindfulness, Clinical Hypnosis and nutritional teachings in practice for over 15 years,

As someone who has devoted significant time and energy to exploring the connection between mindfulness and hypnosis, She understands the profound impact that these practices can have on mental health and life balance. She believes that by cultivating a sense of awareness and presence in the present moment, individuals can gain greater control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and ultimately improve their overall well-being.

Amanda’s journey to this understanding began with a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness practices. Through her own practice and research, she discovered that mindfulness can help individuals reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase self-awareness, spirituality with self and others and emotional intelligence.

But as she delved deeper into the world of mindfulness, she also discovered the power of hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional release techniques. Although only briefly touched on in the basis of this training she recognized that hypnosis is a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and rewiring deep-seated beliefs and behaviors that may be holding individuals back from living their best lives.

Combining these two practices, she has developed a unique approach to mental health and life balance. She believes that by incorporating mindfulness and hypnosis into daily life, individuals can learn to manage stress, regulate emotions, and develop a more positive outlook on life, not to mention slowing down a chaotic disorganised mind and seeing light in what would have appeared a dark situation.

As an advocate for these practices, She would like to share with you and others her insights on how to achieve positive mindfulness and feels that you will receive all you need to access a transformative power of mindfulness and self-hypnosis throughout this 4-week course and believes that these practices are key to creating a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

  • How long does this program take to complete?

This is an [8 week] program, condensed to a 4 week session plan, starting on May Sunday the 7th 10am and finishing 18th of June.

  • What is the format of “Mindfulness a step towards positivity“?

Our course will be conducted in a group environment capped at 20 people per class.

  • How much time do I need to complete the homework exercises? What will that look like?

This training requires about 15–30 minutes a day and is most effective when done at home.
Different types of exercises include formal meditation and more informal daily practices.

  • I’ve tried mindfulness before and I’m not very good at it. How do I know that this program
    will be different?

At its core, mindfulness is about starting over again and again. Even if you feel like you’re not making ‘progress,’ if you have patience and try to practice regularly to the best of your ability, your efforts will pay off. In this program, we’ll approach mindfulness in a way that addresses all of the common
stumbling blocks, and you’ll be free to share your specific concerns so we can troubleshoot.

What is the cost?
The cost for this extensive 4-week course including handouts and workbook is $425 per person.
